What is Brand Impersonation Monitor?
Brand Impersonation Monitor is a brand protection agent that scans Facebook daily for pages impersonating your brand, classifies each by risk level (critical, high, medium, low) using AI, and sends Slack alerts. It auto-whitelists your connected pages and learns from Mark as Official feedback. Built for brand managers and trust & safety teams.

The problem — and how this kit solves it.
The Problem
Fake Facebook pages impersonating your brand erode customer trust, steal traffic, and enable scams. Manual monitoring means searching your brand name across Facebook and evaluating dozens of results — a tedious process that most teams do weekly at best, leaving days for scammers to operate unchecked.
The Solution
This agent runs daily at 8 AM and searches Facebook for pages matching your brand name. It filters results, then uses AI batch classification to score each page across 4 risk levels: critical (active scam or phishing), high (likely impersonation), medium (unclear intent), and low (probably legitimate). Connected Meta pages are auto-whitelisted. Three sensitivity levels let you control alert thresholds. Pages marked as Official are learned for future runs.
The Outcome
Detect brand impersonation pages within 24 hours of creation instead of days or weeks of manual searching.

Runs daily at 8 AM to scan for impersonation pages
Who is this for?
Brand manager protecting a consumer brand
Run daily scans to catch fake pages that use your brand name, logo, or similar handles. Get alerted to critical threats like fake customer service pages running scams against your customers.
Trust & safety team at a financial institution
Detect phishing pages impersonating your bank or fintech brand on Facebook. Critical-level alerts flag active scams immediately so your team can report them to Meta and warn customers.
Agency managing brand protection for multiple clients
Deploy one monitor per client brand. Daily Slack alerts keep each client's brand manager informed without requiring them to log into a separate tool.
Frequently asked questions
Critical means the page is running an active scam or phishing operation using your brand. High means it is likely impersonating your brand. Medium means the intent is unclear — it may be a fan page or unofficial reseller. Low means it is probably legitimate (e.g., a news page mentioning your brand).
No. The Meta integration is optional. Without it, you enter your brand name and the agent scans and classifies pages. With it, the agent auto-whitelists your connected official pages to reduce false positives.
Sensitivity controls which risk levels trigger alerts. Low sensitivity shows all results including low-risk pages. Medium filters out low-risk. High shows only high and critical results. Choose based on how many results you want to review daily.
When you mark a page as Official, the agent adds it to a whitelist and excludes it from future scans. This feedback loop reduces false positives over time as the agent learns which pages are legitimate.
A typical result looks like: "Scanned 23 pages matching 'Nike' — found 4 suspicious: 1 critical (fake customer service), 2 high-risk, 1 medium-risk." Each flagged page includes the risk level, page name, URL, and the AI's reasoning.

Facebook Ads Campaign Health Check
This is the smallest viable Facebook Ads action agent for Zimmer. Instead of asking for raw Graph URLs or a pasted token, it uses your existing Meta Ads integration. You choose one synced campaign, the agent fetches the latest campaign details and insights through an internal integration-backed health-check endpoint, computes budget utilisation, and writes a structured summary into the run log.
Meta General Campaign Optimizer
The General Campaign Optimizer is the first write-owner optimizer in Zimmer. It reads your full campaign state — budgets, spend, KPIs, pacing — and proposes concrete actions: pause underperformers, boost top performers, rebalance budget across ad sets. It enforces one optimizer per campaign to prevent conflicting actions, and every proposal passes through validation, guardrails, and your chosen approval mode.
